I dedicate this blog to comics in all forms, manga, autobio, superhero, art books, etc. And of course, since I need a challenge, I've decided that I'll read and write (short) reviews for 365 comics during 2015.
Listeners Beware...
The Broadcast is about a small community with big problems. After hearing the beginning of the radio play "The War of the Worlds" they fear an actual invasion and when the power goes out due to a storm, they can't reach anyone to find out the truth.
Tensions were already high in the community, due to several long standing disputes between neighbors and with the added stress of an unknown, but seemingly real and deadly, event happening all pretense of neighborly concern vanish.
Desperate to survive the community shatters and each person must deal with it in their own way, some rise, others show that humanity is but a thin veneer.
